Arrived at Basle on time to find the
Desk in darkness at 10pm and told they had gone home. Had to get taxi and return following day. Told by customer services I would get taxi fare back and first day rental. Weeks later they are disputing when I landed and despite having documentary proof failing to address my claim. Customer service is nil. Cars are not what was ordered. Do not use this company unless you want to risk having your holiday ruined.
