Put a claim through after renting a car in Tenerife. The car rental company did not supply me with all the necessary paper work for the claim and did not reply to my emails when I returned home. I explained this to Discover cars who took it on themselves to contact the car rental company themselves. A few days later Discover cars emailed me accepting my claim. Friendly, helpful and fast.
