I sent this message to an online chat representative @5:16am and go no response
"I just made a reservation that I want to cancel,and the cancelation policy is saying I won't get a refund if cancelled after Nov 30th @10am. . I made the reservation at about 4:30am on Dec 1,how is it that I would have to cancel,before I made the reservation to get a refund?"

This company is not trustworthy. Take legal action and get your money back.

I made a new booking today and into their cancellation policy is clearly written that the prepayment of all bookings finalized in the last 48 hours is not refundable, except the Full Coverage.
So I think that you should read the cancellation conditions before to complete a payment.
