Ridiculous service. They write that they give assistance 24/7, but if you try to call the switchboard you will know that it is disconnected and therefore there is only the email service, email management time from 5 to 7 days. They also offer not too clear rental conditions, I received the contract in English, then during a complaint it was filmed in Italian and the translations do not match. Another negative aspect is that you take the money first and if you cancel the reservation in the correct time you are not returned the money, but a credit voucher with them.
With me they took 800 euros without the car being delivered to me, I tried to ask for a refund, even partial, but nothing !!
