There was not information up front when renting the car that the rental place would be closed when the flight got in, so we would miss our pick up and have to pay still. When switching to get the right pickup time discovercars.com as well as ColUSA double charged us. Everything was set in place easily but then at pickup ColUSA tacked on more extra charges that were not agreed to at the purchase! This whole process has lost us a lot of extra money and been more of a headache than anything!
