A month ago I book a car for collection at the airport terminal but received an email 4 days ago informing the conditions had changed and that I would need to take a shuttle but instead. After calling them and complaining by email to them, they only offered me to provide me with a car in the contractual conditions (from the terminal) if I paid more than 50% extra! They just don't want to stick the terms of our contract and changed the conditions unilaterally. I consider this attitude as illegal as it is a breach of contract and now I'm left with one week to find an alternative and pay 50% more than the original booking.
