Rental charge for bad workmanship
just to inform you this service has been very useful in finding the correct car for several over seas trips.
I been satisfied with both Kings and lastly CRC. however my last rental with CRC I was charged 500 euros for a lose Registration rear plate. Because of a communication mix up on pickup my all coverage insurance did not go into affect. So for forty days i drove without insurance thinking I had it covered. Upon return i told the employee about the dangling registration plate and he automatically put it down as damage requiring a new rear bumper. and all it was a stripped screw hole holding the plate. The issue has now been resolved with full refund and all is good, other than this issue CRC was excellent with pickup at terminal , quick processing at the counter. a bit of information unmentioned such as no spare tire, but the vehicle was excellent and economical. drop off was expedient as well.
Will definitely try them again.

FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE
I purchased the Full Coverage Car Insurance and unfortunately got hit with a stone that chipped the window. When I put in the claim, Discover Cars DID NOT fully cover my claim for $820.
I would definitely NOT recommend this company !!!
Book directly through EZU or any other rental car company!!!

Has anyone found someone in customer support that is able to assist with an existing case? I am having an issue filing a claim and it appears no one at Discover cars is available to engage or escalate at this point. We had a not so great experience with the rental car vendor (America Cars in Mexico) and they will not release the final invoice for the damage of a popped tire. They do not deny that the damage occurred, or that we were covered by Discover Cars, and I do have the receipt and bank account statement. They just are not providing the final invoice. They are claiming that this is our own fault for booking with Discover Cars as opposed to purchasing insurance directly from them. Discover Cars will not refund without the final invoice. Has anyone encountered this before? Any tips to resolve? Seems odd that Discover Cars would partner with a vendor that will not cooperate in getting them what they need to provide a customer what they paid for (insurance that covers a flat).
Hi! I have not credit card, only debit card! If they do not accept it, I cancel the reservation. I read they don't give money back but give credit points. This is true? What can I do?
Why are they so expensive, other local providers are about $20 to $30 cheaper?

I have never heard of this company. The prices seem to good. Has anyone used them in Orlando? How did you get to the their offices? They are around 6 miles from the airport. Any feed back will be appreciated.
