They have extremely bad Terms & Policies which they will not warn you about on the front desk. Things you'd not even think you should be aware of. One this is that you cant extend your car online. For that you have to go to their office to give a signature - but they have very few offices - so they asked me to drive 4h just to be able to extend my stay for one day. of courso I didn't do it and had to pay penalty. In normal car rental everything works online. Very unfriendly service on the phone. And they should have made me aware of their strict policies. Never rent with them!

Please note when you hire a vehicle with us, you sign a contract for a certain period of time. It is not possible to modify this contract to keep the vehicle by phone or via email, this is our policy and is stated in our terms and conditions.
