Rented a car through CarJet, and was sent to Green Motion near Gatwick Airport. Not a happy experience, and just avoided being charged for damage they had failed to disclose.
A few weeks later, accidentally booked with CarJet again and paid in advance, including insurance. When I realised my mistake, I cancelled both the car rental and the insurance. I received a confirmation from Portugal of the cancellation, and a £77.30 refund for the car rental, but not for the insurance. I then received an email saying I had not paid and should now pay £65.40 for the car rental plus £35.91 for the insurance -- different figures from what I had actually paid. And no way to write to them. There is no email address on their website.
