Hired a car in early November for a trip to Cairns 12 day hire. I had booked and paid $738.07 I received a voucher to produce at pick up. On arrival to pick up the car today 21/12/16 I was told that the company's vouchers wouldn't be honoured. So basically I too am car less. It's so near Christmas now and prices have gone through the roof.
I have emailed and not received a reply. This cannnot keep going on. I wouldn't even rate this company. I had some friends that also used this company before and when the went to pick the car up the had to take a lower model than the one the order were told thats all they had available basically take it or leave it with no refund for this.
I'm not let them get away with this name and shame them.
