Very bad service do not use!
We reserved and paid for a car rent in ARGUS in October.

We have arrived to our destination, on 26th of December evening,
But there the car rental office was closed, there was no car, and there was no help$
The customer service said on the phone you can send a complain email, you can rent a car from a different company or go back the next morning to your car...
We contacted the car rental company at the morning, and they said
There was no car booked, their company declined it in October!
however ARGUS has sent reminders.
We have arrived on 26th of December, there was no booked car for us!!!
It was extremely stressful upsetting situation.

They do not reimburse our expenses however we have been forced to go a hotel, as we cannot travel and we have to rent another car from a different car company but because it was happened in Christmas time, everything was closed or very pricey.
all their fault!
I made a complain, on 2nd of January, they send back what we paid to them on October, and the taxi fee, on 05. February 2020 ( Yes more than a month later) but they did not reimburse the hotel or other expenses, and after they are not answering anymore to our email, nothing at all.
I said it is unacceptable, but they do not care.

I put this message everywhere.
