Was met at airport by friendly driver who explained everything and even gave us directions on how to find our hotel. The car was new and very clean and they provided a free child's seat for us.

We were over one hour late so were a bit worried but the driver explained they monitor flights so he knew when we would be arriving, so we worried needlessly.

I have been using this company for the last6 years . Good communication and very friendly staff . Cars are always of a good standard. Always on time .

I booked this company in October 2015 for our 9 days holiday in June 2016, we where to pick up & drop off the car at Dalaman Airport.

In May 2016 I emailed them to confirm all was in order and received a reply that there was no issues and they would see us as agreed.

As you've guessed it they didn't turn up, I phoned all the phone numbers that where supplied, which where 24/7 numbers! but they went to an answer phone and when I tried them again for the next few days I got cut off.

If you do not want the beginning of your holiday spoiled, don't use this car hire company!

We were met at the airport on time, and although the car we had booked was unexpectedly unavailable when we arrived they sourced an alternative (7 seater Starex) from another company as opposed to letting us down, and provided this for our use until their own vehicle was available for us.

Unfortunately there was an incident with the vehicle while we were driving, and the rear screen was smashed (a tree branch sticking out which was unseen by someone guiding us back), and when I called Sezgin to let him know about this, his first concern was that everyone in the car was ok - this is very refreshing in today's world, a company who demonstrates they care more about their customers than their cars (the car was fine - just some broken glass, which Sezgin efficiently arranged to be replaced the next day).

It is when things go wrong that a company shows it's true worth - they either fail miserably, or shine. Manara Car Rental definitely shine!

Due to a change in our plans we wanted to change the drop off time at Dalaman Airport from 8pm to 5pm, and this was not a problem, one quick phone call and this was all agreed and a smooth handover took place at 5pm as requested.

We would definitely use Manara Car Rental again, and recommend them to friends.

just returned from a holiday in turkey. we used rentacardalamaiport for our car hire the service was excellent with staff that spoke good english. they gave us great value for money with a vehiclein good conditon, they also have a wide variety of vehicles to choose from for all holiday typesand sizes of families. overall the service was great and i would recommend this to other people and i will definately use this sevice again in the future.

Just returned back from a week in Turkey where we used the services of Manara Car rentals via Sezgin. All worked perfectly well. Sezgin met us at the airport (as he said) and was there to pick up the car from the departures hall. Car was in sound condition and clean. Would recommend this car company rather than booking through holidayautos etc. who charge a fat commission as a middle man.
