I recently leased a car through Udrive for travel primarily through Italy and Hungary.
Thanks to the customer service representative I dealt with the process of obtaining the lease was simple and went very smoothly. The process was mostly done via email with one or two telephone calls. They were always helpful and prompt in responding to any questions I had. I asked that our lease period be extended by one day and this was accepted and organised within 24 hours.
Unfortunately, the car was involved in an accident in Italy which was not my fault. I contacted Udrive via email and they provided the appropriate advice and assistance.
I would definitely use Udrive again and have already recommended them to my GP. I would recommend them to my family and friends.
