I booked an Audi A3 convertible through easycar.com on 1st May to pick up in Naples on 19th May but when the confirmation email came it said awaiting availability confirmation from Budget the supplier. Initially a note said I would get confirmation by the 4th May, then the 5th and then no date. I thought I had best ring today and was told the car was not available and would I like to choose a different car.
Terrible service from Easycar and I would not recommend.
