The check in process with thrifty exceeded my expectations, we received a free upgrade, although it was a busy day during holiday season we only waited about 20 minutes and our car was ready for us right away, the agent that helped was so kind and efficient. The car was practically brand new looking and helped us get around easily, the return process was just as excellent if was easy to simply follow the signs and return our car even after hours. 10/10 amazing experience.

Tel Aviv car rental is open 24-hours but the Jerusalem office is close on Shabbat Friday afternoon through Saturday. Show your passport and VAT tax Israel is waived for tourist. The car availability is excellent and clean. Don’t forget to sign up for car rental insurance since Israeli drivers on the road esp motorcycles are aggressive cut you off drivers.
