Enterprise Car Rental

Do not use this company. My dad has just been conned out of a very large deposit. As promised, they picked him up on the day the rental started, and drove him to where the van was kept. My father was reasonably pleased, there were quite a few damages so I took pictures on my phone to safeguard and ensure we got the deposit back. However, there was significant damage to the right mirror, so my dad decided it would be best to mention it to the company. He drove back and informed them. To his surprise, they had not recorded this SIGNIFICANT damage to the mirror, and accused my dad of doing it himself. He was 100 % certain he had not done it, you cannot cause that sort of damage without knowing about it. I believe they planned to keep his deposit from the moment he signed a document and handed over the money. It is a disgrace, people are struggling for money, and we are now having to get rid of a large number of items (i.e. bed) from my brothers university flat, because we can't fit it in our car. Please do not give them another customer to rip off, I am quite frankly disgusted at the service, their lack of honesty, and overall a terrible company.
