yourticketmarket.com have stolen my money, I ordered Kate Bush tickets in April, and the tickets did not arrive, no answer from the office after numberous phone calls and emails -am gutted!

Scam, Terrible Service, Totally Untrustworthy

Bought 1D tickets over a year ago with yourticketmarket.com for Wembley 2014, despite numerous phone calls and emails they never materialised. They don't answer correspondence and I doubt they ever even had the tickets to sell us. Beware and avoid at all costs. They took our money and left us with nothing but a heart broken daughter who couldn't see her favourite band! Trying to get a refund somehow but they don't communicate so looks like we are kissing goodbye to 180 quid too!! Terrible.

I Bought 2 Arctic Monkeys Tickets Through Ytm. The

I bought 2 Arctic monkeys tickets through YTM. They were posted to me the week before the gig and would have arrived except for UPS making a complete mess of the delivery!

However when. I called to say that the tickets hasn't arrived Wayne from YTM totally went the extra mile and got me some tickets which I collected at the gig, he kept in touch throughout and was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Thanks to this I got the the gig, great service YTM.

I purchased two Michael Buble tickets for my wife and I. I paid quite a lot for them but I thought that it would be worth it as my wife would be delighted. I received an e-mail two days before the event saying that they did not have any tickets and they would try and get me some. I spoke to them the next day and they informed me that I would have a refund within 7 - 10 working days. 13 working days passed and I phoned them. They do not reply to e-mails or return voicemails and they do not answer their phones 99 times out of 100. Eventually I got through on the phone and I was told that they cannot give a refund as the tickets were purchased over three months previously. Nobody had bothered to tell me this previously when I was assured that I would get a refund within 7 - 10 working days and it was me that had to contact them as nobody would have told me otherwise. Obviously I argued and they then said that I can get a refund if I contact my bank and get a form and send it back to them. What total nonsense. I asked what form I needed from the bank and why they could not just give me a refund but they had no answer. They are beyond a joke and I urge you to avoid dealing with these guys at all costs.

One Happy One Direction Fan

I bought 4 tickets for the one direction concerts last year from this site and got my tickets delivered as said. I can see some bad reviews about orders being canceled and that nearly happened with mine but the guy who was dealing with my order James was very helpful when the original seller couldn't supply the tickets any more. He managed to get replacement tickets from another seller and they where even better then the ones i had ordered so a great result for me. I have just booked another 4 for my daughters xmas present for there tour next year :)

Outstanding Service

Just got back from the Reading Festival which was fantastic. I would like to thank YTM and especially James who was absolutely brilliant in getting me my ticket. I called on the Monday to check my ticket had been dispatched as I had an Early Bird pass and was leaving Wednesday morning to go to the Festival. I got through on first call and spoke to James who was great. He assured me he would contact the seller to get confirmation. He also advised that he had a back up if this didn't work out. Despite some of the negative reviews on this site and my friends going on at me I trusted what James told me. He got back to me when he said he would. He called me the following morning to advise the seller had not got back to him but he would get me a ticket and not to worry. James called me back again to advise that he had a new seller who was attending the Festival as well. James then gave me his mobile number to call if I had any problems. I received a message from James the next morning to say he was himself travelling to the Festival to make sure there were no problems with my ticket. He called again when he had my ticket in his hand. I must say this service was outstanding and FULL MARKS to YTM and to James and I will definitely be using YTM again and will highly recommend it. June

Canceled Order

I had ordered some tickets for these guys...got purchase confirmation.

However, when I got to a week before the event I went to check my account as had not heard anything or received tickets from them.

On getting into my account the order had been cancelled!

I checked my emails but there was nothing from them to even indicate this.

I have tried calling and emailing but nothing....

Stay away!

Appalling Service! Don't Use Them!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TOO BE TAKEN FOR A MUG!!!

I don't believe this is a genuine company, I initially tried to contact yourticketmarket.com for information about reading festival tickets, after leaving over 6 messages for someone to call me back I still did not receive any response. I called a 7th time to be to be assured by a man that a 'manager' would return my call after his 'meeting'...4 hours later....surprise surprise, no response! I called again and finally got through to this so called manager, I could hear traffic and street noise in the background (if this was a genuine company I'm pretty sure they wouldnt have they're desk outside!?) he was rude and unprofessional and made no attempt whatsoever in showing any interest in my concerns, which just reaffirms that this company is bad. I went on to say that I had read bad reviews about yourticketmarket to which he replied 'what do you want me to do about it?' And then hung up the phone!

If indeed this company is genuine (unlikely!) then the customer service is appalling! if your tickets don't turn up or turn out to be a fake, don't expect any response by calling the phone number! Stay well away!

Don't Bother!

Terrible customer service, had to literally threaten the guys before they bothered to call us back at 8pm the day before the concert in order to meet them in London to collect the tickets

Absolute mission to finally get them not worth it!
