Trustworthy, Efficient and Professional

I used Buysumotickets this year and went to the Sumo in Tokyo in May 2025. Their service can be trusted and are very professional and efficient in their dealings. We had our tickets posted to our Hotel in Tokyo and they were waiting there for our arrival. Communication was great and all their directions easy to follow. By the way, we loved the Sumo Experience. We arrived around 1.45pm and stayed until the end @ 6pm.

They kept every promise. My tickets were waiting for me at my hotel. They Informed me of every step of the process including setting expectations. They let me know up front that Grand Sumo tickets are hard to get. Their communication Protocols are amazing. I highly recommend this vendor and I will surely use them again when I come to Japan to enjoy Grand Sumo. I am thankful.

The right people for the job

I've used the BuySumoTickets website for two separate Basho now. Each time I got exactly what I hoped for. If you get in relatively early and secure your pre-order tickets, in my experience you won't miss out on the seats you desire! Interaction via email has been warm and kind, and if in doubt on anything, check the FAQ!! It is incredibly comprehensive regarding every aspect of the experience. 5/5 experience, will use again in future Sumo trips!

They couldn’t have made the entire experience any easier! The response for all inquiries was instant (and personalized). From ordering, to delivering the tickets to the hotel, the experience was smooth. They also addressed seating concerns and offered stroller storage guidance, going over and beyond any other online ticketing service. Will absolutely use again and highly recommend!

Awesome Sumo Finals Wrestling

It was awesome experience so intense and recommend to come in the afternoon the finals where awesome it ended up being a three way tie at the end so there was two matches to decide the grand champion sumo wrestler recommended to anyone who wants a lifetime experience especially the finals
