I purchased my tickets for Reading Festival in February, spoke to people via phone from Xclusive on several occassions but was told I was worrying far too much and the tickets would be with me in plenty of time! £400 was taken from my account in March, no tickets and they have now disappeared. Up until Thursday they were still selling tickets for both Reading and Leeds, as from yesterday their site has miraculously changed to ABC Cinema!

I ordered a ticket for the V Festival this year (2008) from Xclusive Ticket about 4 weeks before the event for £180, and have not recieved it. I have tried to contact the site but there was no reply and they have even redirected all traffic to abc.com.
