This agency is totally unreliable. Never trust them . When you are selling they never return your calls and I am still waiting for the payment of 8 tickets from last season.

I am still waiting for payment for the tickets they "sold" for me (or stole from me) from the Man U vs Arsenal game on 5/17/15. Today is 6/20/15.

After many, many emails and promises of payment from the Director, I still have not received payment, and now he has stopped responding to my emails altogether.

Don't ever order tickets from this agency! Me and my brother came all the way from Norway to see Manchester United against Arsenal. The guy that runs the company was supposed to meet us at the Piccadilly Station with the tickets, but he never showed up. We tried to call him like 20 times, but he didn't pick up. After hours of trying to get a hold of him, we managed to get in touch with the guy who used to run the company, and he helped us, along with three other Norwegians, who had the exact same problem. For a while we had given up and were so sad, since the whole purpose of the trip was to see the match. It worked out in the end, but I would not count on that. This guy is unreliable. We haven't gotten an apology or heard a word from him since. It may have been a good agency once, but it's not anymore. Order your tickets somewhere else!

I admit I was scared when booking, but everything exceeded my expectations. Best part is you don't have to give them your credit card info. I went to a ManU-Chelsea game. My ticket was delivered that morning to my hotel, no problems. Location of my seat was perfect. Would use again if needed.

Me and my 2 kids went to the swansea match this year We ordered family stand tickets and thats exactly what we got! Arrvied manchester by train from london and they had one of their representatives waiting for me as I got off the train to hand me my tickets. Great!

I ordered this ticket for the Wolfsburg vs Manchester United game about 3 weeks in advance.

I was advised that the ticket would be sent out nearer to the actual game.

The ticket was never delivered. I received an email from 'some guy' at the last minute (2 days prior) who said that Paypal had sent me the money back so maybe we should meet 'at the stadium' where I could pay him.

He of course didn't show up, his mobile phone was switched off and it nearly ruined my day. I eventually purchased tickets outside the stadium but I couldn't recommend enough that you NEVER deal with this company. I got the impression it's just one guy doing a bit of wheeler-dealer style dodgyness. ONE TO AVOID!!

I have used this company a few times now to buy tickets for manchester united games both home and away. Great service and more importantly great seats with genuine tickets.

I am one of those buyers who is always sending emails asking questions about my purchase and they were only to happy to help.

Overall very trustworthy and i will return again and again!
