STOP!! Do NOT buy anything from these pirates. They are a blag website. How can this still happen in this day & age? The alarm bells should start ringing as they claim to have tickets for every seat at every concert/event!! Eg. With a couple of days to go you could still buy any ticket you wanted for England V Brazil in the 2010 World Cup Final!! Joking aside these guys are NO Joke but criminals. Avoid them like the plague.

I bought 4 tickets to see mark knopfler for the 6 june from ukticketfactory £300 back in March, when I had my credit card statment the money was charged to a bank in Budapest wich made me suspicious I contacted my credit card company which they tried to contact the bank the money was sent and had no reply so they credited my account I didnt recive my ticket I also went on there subscription list and ended up getting emails from The ticketfactory which is the NEC ticket office so this company is a scam, make sure you pay by credit card and if you think somthing is wrong contact your card company you should get your money back

Absolutely ridiculous that this has been aloud to go on for so long! i bought tickets last sept 09, for mark knopfler on the 30th may 10 for my boyfriends christmas present, i emailed them a weeks later concerned as i had yet not received my tickets. They emailed me with a summary of my order and said they would post me the tickets when they were printed and in hand, which was likely to be just a few weeks before the concert, via registered post. At the start of the month i was starting to worry so i emailed the same address as before. after 4 emails, 1 week and no reply i was really worried! i tried to find the web address to see if there was a number i could call but instead of the website i found a lot of review pages with soo many reviews form people let down, the reviews dated right back ot the start of last year! i have now got new tickets for the event but feel like such a fool, and am also angry it was aloud to go on for so long after what looks like the 3rd time these people have done this changing there website name each time but regestered to the same address!! i expect to get no tickets or money back from these lo lifes! my only advise id to make sure to my from regestered well known companies who have phone numbers and emails that all check out. this was my first time buying tickets on line so i was not so aware of these scum bags! i will be next time!

thieving swines, no tickets arrived,unable to make any contacts

i ordered 2 tickets to see peter andre on the 17th march from these scum bags. i was getting worried about where my tickets were, when i tryed phoneing them of course nothing. i have since found out that this company is,well not a company. and there is no chance of getting them all my money back.well maybe there is cause i paid by credit card. but me an my mate were so excited to be going, an then this! what a load of con artists, mi hope that they have a painfull and slow death!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!>>>

i am a foster carer and purchased 6 jls tickets in october 09 , i recieved an e-mail last week (jan 10) telling me that there suppliers had let them down , i have read all the other reviews and this seems tobe the case across the board - we were all so dissapointed , i can not get any more tickets anywhere. and my long term foster child is due to move onto a forever family - so you can imagin the crying that has happened here ? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - i am still waiting for my money and as you can imagin no-one can loose over £200 !!

I bought tickets from the ukticketfactory.com in April 2009 for the Fleetwod Mac concert in Nov. The tickets didn't come (surprise, surprise) and they emailed me the day after the concert that their supplier had let them down and the money would be refunded. The money didn't arrive and after I sent all the information to American Express, I have just got a refund (January 2010). We were very lucky that my husband managed to get tickets for the concert (the day before!)- check with the NIA as they sometimes have boxes (called cubes) available. This company tries to make their name & website sound like the NIA's booking agency but it's not!
