I did a fair bit of research trying to find a company which sells West End tickets at good prices. There are a few companies around but it was hard to find consistent reviews. UK Theatre Tickets are reviewed well on here, although there are no recent reviews so I wanted to be sure to add one about my experience.

I ordered tickets of an evening and they arrived one week later which seems pretty reasonable. The tickets were a really good price, not the cheapest online but very good and considerably better than the face value price.

Because I only ordered two weeks before the show I was getting a bit itchy as to when the tickets would arrive (I asked for them to be delivered rather than pick up at box office) so I emailed UK Theatre Tickets to check that they were on the way. I sent my email in the evening and received a very helpful reply first thing the next morning, great service. The tickets actually arrived later that day.

I ordered a couple of tickets for Billy Elliot yesterday from uktheatretickets, they were quite expensive so I opted for some very far back ones as they were cheapest.

Just a few hours later I received an email from uktheatretickets telling me that the best seats for the show that I had recently paid for were now reduced by 45% - this made them even cheaper than the tickets which I had just purchased!

I felt quite hard done by this, so I sent an email to customer service the same day asking whether I could upgrade my tickets to the better ones, considering they were now cheaper, but I received a reply in poor english from one of the team explaining that the tickets were already dispatched and the offer did not apply to me.

Maybe I shouldn't have got an upgrade, but the bottom line is that I had a very disappointing experience with uktheatretickets - it is evident that they do not concern themselves with pleasing their customers, but instead worry about shifting their tickets and making maximum profit.

I will not be using uktheatretickets again as there are more reasonable companies out there who would have sympathised with my side of the argument and improved my theatre and retail experiences.

this was a fast and easy site to use, the tickets arrived within days even though they are not until next year - excellent experience, will be using again, and yes, i would recommend to a friend

Looking online for a good deal to go and see Dirty Dancing and found one on your website with ease! Just had to enter name of show, date & time wanted and number of tickets and up it popped! Clicked on the relevant ticket price and then just had to complete payment details and bobs your uncle! Sorted! Picking the tickets up from your office is a much better idea than worrying about whether they will arrive in the post in time or not and it's not far from the theatre so no problem at all. Will definitely use your website again when looking for theatre tickets. Thank you!!

Easy to book, I booked in the morning and collected the tickets that evening. Great seats for the price..a really painless process!Very happy with this service and would use it again for sure.

Was looking for last minute tickets for a show in London, found them and bought them for a reasonable price from UK theatre tickets within 5 minutes. Was enjoying the show three hours later. Can't go wrong!

very good. booked late afternoon for evening show on same day and paid for best available seats in upper circle. collected tickets at box office and was pleasantly surprised to receive our tickets in the front row of the upper circle. enjoyed the show and would use your company again. well done

The ease it was to us this site was very good.All shows we're there to see,and dates. The only down side you do not know where your seat is,otherwise EXCELLANT.
