Tixdaq is a ticket price comparison website, which means you get the full market of ticket vendors rather than the limited selection of other sites.

This meant that when I went to Wireless Festival, I was able to get tickets below face value! I wouldn't normally have thought to look at the secondary market for tickets, but because Tixdaq showed all tickets available I found some cheaper than I thought there would be. I guess for events with lower demand, the secondary ticket market could be a good thing.

The site is pretty simple to use, with a search bar in the top right hand corner, but you can also search by genre or sport.

Tixdaq only uses trusted ticket sellers with guarantees in place for customer protection, so I felt pretty good about the tickets I bought - and even better once I managed to buy them for less than face value!

Overall I would recommend Tixdaq above all other ticket sites because at Tixdaq you get the whole view, and don't have to check loads of different websites.

For years I have wondered why there has never been a Compare the Market-style website for tickets to live events.

I am not sure how long Tixdaq has been around, but their service is fantastic. I was looking for tickets to see Rihanna at the O2 Arena recently and wanted to sit in a specific part of the venue. I knew some friends who were also going to the show so I wanted to sit as close to them as possible with my girl friend.

After finding the event on Tixdaq in seconds, I managed to select the seating block in question and find the best-priced tickets currently available from a host of ticket vendors.

I had to pay a little more than face value, but now I know I will be sitting one row away from my friends at the O2 next month.

Makes ticket buying much easier.

Tixdaq was a great way to check the price and location of tickets across all ticket agents before buying.
