I purchased some broadway concert tickets for when I was in NY through their app. I hadn't heard of them before but went with them because they were the cheapest (no extra fees). After I bought I had some questions about the delivery of my tickets and sent an email. A rep from the company emailed me back less than 15 mins later on a Saturday. I'm definitely using them again.

Unlike every other discount ticket app, these guys post the final price as the first price you see. No more guessing how much the final cost will be, like with StubHub or Gametime, or Razorgator, or ScoreBig, or you get the point. There's definite discount compared to other sites. Quick delivery of tickets. A ticket discounter not interested in the fees game--Woohoo! Note, prices fluctuate a bit, especially on game day, so sometimes a little shopping sophistication is needed.

Bought concert tickets on Tickpick months before the actual concert, realised a week prior to the event that tickets had been misplaced. Tickpick customer service were very nice but could not do anything about it. Had I purchased my tickets directly from the Madison Square Garden online, they would have been able to produce a lost ticket voucher. I also realised that I paid 76$ per ticket that were worth 48$.....

bought my daughter tickets to some dumb boy band in january of 2014, the concert is in aug 2014, it is now less than 4 weeks away from the date and my daugter no longer wants to go so we want to sell them, the only problem is we never received them yet,

contaxcting tickpick is a waste of time, they keep saying the seller says a couple more weeks, a couples more weeks, well that was more than 4 months ago

so they will probably send them to me the day before wehre i wont be able to sell them and we are out over $500

do not buy from these people unless they can guarantee the tickets will be in your hand right away,

apparently you have no recourse because all sales are final,

its total BS, and robbery really.

I've gone to similar sites before and had a problem where the tickets I bought didn't work at the venue and when I called up the customer service representative they had no idea what they were talking about. Just to make sure they were legit, I called up TickPick. A friendly knowledgable young man guided me through the process of buying tickets quickly.

The best part is, when you get to the end of checkout there are no fees. Actually though, the price I saw was the price I got.
