AFTER RECEIVING AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION AFTER I HAD PAID I KNEW IT WAS A SCAM AS THE EMAIL WAS NOT SUFFICIENT EVIDENCE OF PURCHASE. I THEN WROTE BACK SAYING THAT I WOULD GET THE POLICE INVOLVED. THE GUY, "ALAN" WROTE BACK ASKING WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS.... SKIP A FEW DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT.. I WRITE BACK AGAIN AS NO TICKET HAD BEEN DELIVERED. "ALAN" WROTE BACK SAYING TICKET WOULD BE SENT ON THE FRIDAY.... THE EVENT WAS ON THE SUNDAY!!! ABSOLUTE FRAUDSTER!!!! WE NEED TO GET THE WEBSITE SHUTDOWN AS THE CONTACT NUMBER IS BOGUS AS WELL........ The week of the event he was selling tickets for twice as much as i was charged so some people have lost hundreds! DO NOT USE!!!!

DISGRUNTLED TICKET BUYER!!

I bought tickets for Queens tennis from this company. They ignored my e-mails, their phones aren't connected, and I didn't get my tickets. The only thing they did right was take my money. Beware - they are a complete sham.

I bought tickets from these crooks three months in advance, for four days at Queens tennis. As I had paid them over £700 I was very concerned when no tickets arrived during the time leading up to the tournament. The telephone number on my confirmation is unobtainable and according to Companies House the company TICKETUK is dissolved. I e-mailed them a total of 10 times but never received a reply of any sort, and I did not receive any tickets. I have reported this to my credit card company and they are taking it up on my behalf, but beware - this is an absolute scam and there should be some sort of law to stop these crooks operating online.

I wonder how much they agreed to pay the odd person who has left positive comments? I bet they won't get paid!

I got our Aegon Tennis tickets at the Queens Club from this company and they delivered the tickets 7 days before just as promised so i would use them again.

Thank you guys. My Summertime Ball tickets arrived on Friday. My 2 daughters are delighted. Thanks again.

DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY,Ordered 2 tickets for george michael at royal albert hall for 29th oct,2011,paid for tickets in may,on there website it says tickets will arrive no later than seven days,RUBBISH no tickets arrived, SUPRISE SUPRISE!!!!!They don't answer the phone tried all different times of the day, and they don't reply to e-mails!!!!!!

I bought 2 tickets for Lee Evans at the o2 for this Saturday the 1st of October at £125.00. The Tickets have not arrived and I can not get hold of this company. I have sent numerous emails (with no response) and the phone number is now unavailable. It looks like I have been completely ripped off and will not be receiving these tickets.

Please don't use this company, it is an Utter scam and these people are raking in the money off all these innocent people.

I have just had the same done to me i bought tickets for my husbands birthday payed £170.00 keep emailing them and phoning with no reply we were eventually sent an email on the morning of the show to say meet our rep called ray at the venue and he will give us the tickets,guess what he never turned up and we phoned his mobile 14 times everybody else was going into the nia in birmingham on 24th sept 2011 and we were stood outside very upset we never did get to see him and what a surprise we cant get in tough with them(again) DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

i have tickets booked for lee evans tomorrow night at wembley arena (17th sept 2011). i have still not received my tickets despite booking in march this year and paying £170. i have phoned in which the number seems unrecognised. i have emailed to which no reply. I am very frustrated. looks like ive been completely ripped off! this has put me off booking online forever. this was a birthday present and i am so disappointed that it looks like we wont beable to go as even wembley cant tell me where my tickets are. absolutely disgusted!!!
