I'm just in the process of dealing with my credit card company to retrieve funds credited to the Tickettout for tickets that never arrived... - do the same if you were cheated - credit card companies have a way of dealing with those problems...

I bought a ticket for Incubus concert in London and I paid more than I could have paid because I saw that other companies offered cheaper tickets. I thought, however, that a higher price would guarantee a 100% reliable service and I would get my ticket for sure. Unfortunately, descripiton of the company on the website was just beautiful words which turned out to be empty promises. :(

I too ordered tickets, 2 tickets to see Keane, I paid well over the odds for them as it was a surprise present. I recieved a letter saying they could not get the tickets and that I would be repayed in full. Of course that has not happened. And after ringing today find that they have gone into liquidation. I did not see the Watchdog programme, I wish I had!

I booked 2 tickets to the Isle of Wight Festival 27th January 2007. I didn't get any confirmation, so Ii phoned, phoned, phoned & yes, you guessed it, phoned. I was told yes they have my confirmation and will get it in the post. Nothing, so I phoned & emailed - I have lost count how many times I have phoned and emailed. Today, the 8 March 2007, I got a letter to say I won't get my tickets or my money. They say I can get my money back from the credit card. But the tickets are now sold out. I have been to all the Isle of Wight festivals and all my friends have tickets. I have even got my inlaws coming down to look after my little 11-month old. Ttonight I found out I'm not going.

Have not had tickets and now find had a letter from liquidators to say we probably won't get our money back as they have gone bust. Rang Cardiff International Arena and they said that the that the tickets we bought don't exist. The website still seems to be running, but DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE GONE BUST AND DONT HAVE TICKETS THAT HAVE BEEN ORDERED. TRADING STANDARDS HAVE BEEN INVESTIGATING THEM.

I also bought tickets and have had the same experience as the person above. Not being able to get through on the phone and no replies to my emails. Then today an automated message saying the company has gone into administration. I bought the tickets using VISA and have been told in order to get any money back that way I need to PROVE the company has closed, so if anyone knows anything further I'd be grateful as would im sure many other people, including my four very disappointed children. Disgraceful!!!

Do not use TicketTout. It seems they had no intention of delivering the purchased tickets, and either never had them in the first instance, or sold our tickets for a higher price later on. I was unable to contact anyone, and they never bothered to inform me I wouldn't receive tickets. Currently attempting to get a refund.

Ordered tickets last year from TicketTout for next weeks game in France for my son, husband and his friend.

Paid £290 on 2nd January this year, I was then charged £290 again on 19th February. I called and emailed and have had no answer.

I eventually got through to someone who told me that I would be refunded the second payment within 7 to 15 days and that my tickets would arrive this week.

Got very nervous and continued to call and then checked out the reviews and realized straight away I had been well and truly conned like so many others.

Yesterday the answer machine informed me that the company has gone into administration and that I along with all the other creditors would be contacted in the next 10 working days. We will wait and see!

Have not only lost £580 for tickets but £450 for flights and 110 euros for hotel bills.

Will never ever buy anything over the internet again I have learned the hard way.

I am so disappointed, as are my son and husband. It would have been a great Christmas present choice.

be very sure of what you are booking and with whom you give you credit card details to. I thought it could never happen to me!

I paid for 2 tickets for Noel Gallagher and the tickets have not yet arrived. I doubt very much they will as I heard that the company has now gone into ADMINISTRATION! I have been trying to contact them for about a week but the numbers I had just rang and rang and rang. I tried again this morning to be told that the numbers are no longer in use as the company has gone into administration!!!

My show isn't until 26th March, so I have faced facts and come to the conclusion I am not going to get my tickets!!!! I thought I would leave this message to warn any other poor people who are waiting for tickets for upcomming events/gigs/shows etc. as you may not get your tickets!!!

I hope this company has been closed down and will NEVER be able to trade again, because they have dashed my hopes so badly! Taking money when they do not know yet which tickets they will have for an event is frustrating!

I do not understand why people are still trying to purchase tickets as this company were on BBC WATCHDOG IN JANUARY 07. BE WARNED!!!!!!!! Like the other reviewers, I paid money, received no tickets, no refund, fortunately received credit from by bank as I paid by card, so please check with your banks. I also contacted trading standards. Watchdog have spoken to people in authority regarding this company and until they pass a law to stop these people trading which may happen they can still trade. My advice is to use Ticketmaster. I have used them since and only paid £5 fee in addition to the ticket price. One thing I have noticed that when I did purchase tickets from Ticketmaster, I typed in a code which I never did with Tickettout. BE WARNED!!!!!!! DO NOT USE TICKETTOUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
