I ordered and paid for 3 liverpool v man utd tickets few weeks ago and they haven't arrived, tried calling them , no answer and emailed them and no answer, don't know what to do now ,certainly will not ever use them again ,was planning to take my little boy over to see his favourite player Stevie G for the first time at Anfeild and they have robbed me of that chance ,I worked very hard to save all the money for tickets ,don't buy of this company or

My friend has not received a refund yet from @ticketsrus.org for 2 capital one tickets he ordered. myself and friend sent them emails no response yet.

My friend sent for tickets for capital cup final was told they would be delivered a day before match,tickets did not arrive, told we would get refund still waiting after a week,starting to think is this firm real?

I bought ticket for cup final at Wembley, they forgot to post it on the day we agree on, they promise been delivered before I went to Ireland, they have promised me an refund hasn't happen

Tickets I had paid for, for the capital one cup final did not arrive as promised. Also refund was promised and was not given. Gangsters!! DO NOT TRANSFER MONEY INTO THIS BUSINESS ACCOUNT BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT GET IT BACK!

Don't even think of buying from this website.

firm was good, polite and stuck to there word, tickets here in time. ant wait to go now :)

We bought tickets through these guys for Liverpool vs Spurs. Tickets took a day longer then expected to arrive but the tickets where brill. Loved our first trip to anfield and can't wait to go again. Just a shame it's so far.
