I got tickets for my aunt's birthday to Queen / Adam Lambert and the tickets arrived within 2 days. They were the right seats and everything looks good. I selected to use the next day delivery but I ordered it at 8:45 so it took 2 days. They issued me a refund for the difference. Good company to deal with.

I contacted the customer service department as my computer was not working well and I wanted to purchase baseball tickets for the Phillie's. The woman who helped me was fantastic, got me great seats and was very friendly (which now a days is very hard to find....or can speak English!) I will certainly use this site again for purchasing other tickets.
