Customer service, what customer service..... still waiting to here about refund. Totally unhelpful haven't even got a phone number will NEVER deal with this company AGAIN.

Ticketscript Zendesk has been no help at all but I have worked out for myself why I can't add tickets to my basket. I need to accept third-party cookies from the Bicester Heritage site. It's probably safe in this particular case but, in general, it is not something I like to do.

It arises from Bicester Heritage's inability to manage booking on their own site. E-commerce is easy to install and manage on the original site (in the worst case if they can't do it themselves, through a contract programmer). Or use a visible redirect link. Third-party booking sites like this one are widespread but they exist because of the laziness of event owners and they can lead to less scrupulous sites getting access to your machine.

So easy to purchase through ticketscript's system. The ticketshop is within the festivals website so you aren't taken to an external site which is great. It's a user friendly intuitive system and the booking fees are a lot cheaper than other ticketing agents. Plus they can send e-tickets which is more environmentally friendly!
