Beware
It is in no way good. The tickets took well over the expected date of arrival. There was no positive or helpful contact with the agency. It is a waste of money and time. When I did receive the tickets, it was too late to make any actual plans because I had to plan ahead of time. I wasted $186 dollars for NOTHING!!!
We are sorry if you failed to call our toll free number for assistance, but our operators are on call 7 days a week processing hundreds of orders. Seems you are the only one out of thousands who claims to have had a negative experience.
We apologize for how you feel, but a simple call would have handled that situation much differently.
