i didn't have my tickets from ticketola and they have not refunded the money. £144 lost!

And they stop returning my mails too!

Bought 3 tickets back in July for a slash concert 2 weeks ago, the tickets never turned up apparently the seller could not be contacted. They tried to source other tickets but failed even though I sourced my own no problem at all.

They promised me a refund but have recently been unreachable and ignoring every email I send.

I am currently using small claims court to get my money back, never use ticketola!

I purchased tickets at a very reasonable rate. , I then waited for tickets too arrive, as the event got closer I began to worry that I hadn't received tickets so I contacted staff and expressed my concerns ... I had a response within 2 hours and an answer the next day. I was then kept informed about tickets despatch time etc and was relived when they turned up just as staff had assured me they would..

I found the staff genuinely helpful and felt they made a great effort to ensure I was kept informed and that my tickets arrived. Thank you so much and I would recommend and use you in the future...

Bought tickets to Lee Evans, they never showed up, missed his last ever live gig, and despite reassurances still waiting for a refund two weeks down the line.

I would never ever use this site again, or recommend it to anyone that I know.

I bought tickets for Nov Sam Smith concert in June. Shortly before the concert I found out that it is likely that I will not receive the tickets as the buyer went AWOL. Ticketola assured me that they will try and resource the tickets in another way and if not I can receive the refund any time. I gave them the benefit of the doubt to resource tickets other wise. The whole process took a few weeks, during which I had to chase them for updates.

Nevertheless, the date of the concert came (7th of November)and there were no tickets. The following day I called to ask when I am due to receive refund for them. Since then I kept calling but no response on the other end. I sent a few emails and only then i got a response that they are experiencing problems. Tomorrow it will be exact 3 weeks since the concert took place, but i have seen no refund. Ticketola has been in possession of my money since June 2015 and so far nothing. Its is 27th of November.

This is totally unacceptable behavior. Before making the decision to buy tickets from them, think twice!

Really pleased that I bought these tickets at ticketola as they don't rip you off on booking fees or postage, and the customer service and all round communication from the site is great. I reckon that i'll buy tickets there again and would recommend them for tickets for sold out gigs.

Would 100% recommend ticketola to a friend, whenever I had any queries about my ticket and I emailed ticketola I received a reply straight away! I received my ticket today and so excited to see Kasabian Friday! Yeah job well done guys! Cheers!!!

I wanted to go to kasabian concert and the seller has not sent the tickets. Ticketola has been in contact with me and are looking at alternative dates which means traveling miles. So it is looking like I will not be able to go.

Although ticketola is saying that I will get my money back, I am really disappointed as this was a present.

We ought to be able to contact the seller direct thought the website to check if the tickets have been sent and give sellers rating similar to eBay!

Will not recommend this site to others.

Had a bit of trouble with delivery of tickets, but the team at Ticketola were on it and got it sorted. First time I've used the site, would deffo use again!

There were problems with my tickets for Sam Smith concert in the O2 Glasgow. The concert was happening in a few days and I had not received the tickets. I contacted Ticketola and the quickly tried to find out what had happened to the tickets. I got a response quickly. Ticketola discovered that the vendor had sold the tickets at a higher price than I had purchased them. I received a telephone call from someone in Ticetola and they had managed to source tickets for the next Sam Smith concert as the one I wanted to go to was a sell out. I was happy to accept replacement tickets and would use Ticketola to buy concert tickets in the future.
