Purchased tickets in May for client. Tickets were supposed to be FedEx to me. When I enquired. I was giving a ship date then changed to an e-ticket in pdf format with someone other persons name on it that I am not sure is admissible to game. What an embarrassment it would be for my client to be turned away at the gate with an 8.5"x 11.00" smudged barcode. Client reps were not helpful at all. Would recommend that no one use them.

Bought tickets. Never came. Called. They said they cancelled my order and never noticed me! Now only horrible Seats left. Now I have to tell my kids we can't go! Thanks a lot. She actually asked me if I wanted to be transferred to a ticket sales rep. REALLY?

I hope I have the right company because I'm about to say some seriously critical things. It was Ticket City--TX that cost me some money plenty of disappointment, and nearly the entire chance of taking my son to a basketball game (Miami Hurricanes vs. Notre Dame Irish).

On Saturday morning, February 8, I ordered through TicketSupport.com two centercourt tickets to the game. I got an email telling me that the ticket seller,Ticket City--TX was processing my order and that I would get another email directing me to a link where I could print out the tickets.

By late Sunday afternoon, I had not received the promised email, and though I did think that perhaps the week-end had slowed the business down, I called Ticket Support and was told politely to give Ticket City until Monday afternoon.

It would be pointless to detail all of the calls I made as of Monday afternoon except to say that Jasmine at Ticket Support tried herself to get a satisfactory answer from Ticket City, to no avail. The only answer I got directly from Ticket City was that the two seats I thought I had bought had been sold a week ago to StubHub.

If that were the case, what ethical lapse prompted Ticket City to leave the inventory available at Ticket Support--and leave me to think that I had bought the pair of seats?!!

Ticket City--TX tried to offer me other seats, when I had already gone to another source, TicketMaster. And they even went to the trouble of a follow-up call to see if they could do anything, perhaps because I had promised that I intended to write this review.

Because of the long history of ticket scalping in this business, there are no doubt some ticket brokers who try to be scrupulous, hoping that customers could begin count on reasonable expectations. Ticket City--TX does not seem to be among those brokers.

I'm new to buying tickets and wasn't how the entire process worked. I was able call TicketCity and get a live rep on the phone. TicketCity was able to work with my budget and get me the best tickets possible in my price range. The prices were very fair and even though I paid a premium for the tickets, I feel I got a fair value. The game was one of the all-time greatest ever played, thank you TicketCity for making it possible.
