Short Story. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM TICKET TITANS! Sorry to yell but wanted to get the point across quickly. They sell you tickets in a premium section of the venue (and you pay a premium price), string you along for months when you email to ask where the tickets are, and then call you about a week before the event with a sad story about how THEY were victims of ticket fraud and don't have the tickets. They then send you tickets for seats in a much less desirable area. And won't refund any of the ticket price even though you paid for much better tickets. Look out for them not only on their website but also on Concert Ticket Center site as well. Do not buy through either site. If it was possible to give them 0 stars I would.

Ticket Titans II, Inc. is an internet ticket reseller/broker whose business practices include the use of bogus deceptive websites posing as official venues to mislead the public into purchasing event tickets at extremely inflated prices.

Numerous complaints are posted on the internet concerning Ticket Titans II, Inc. including a complaint from Australia.

I called to cancel the Cirque du Soleil tickets for a May 5, 2012 performance at the 1st Mariner Arenas in Baltimore a half hour after the September 6, 2011 internet ticket purchase. Shortly after the ticket purchase, I realized the transaction did not take place at the official 1st Mariner Arena website as I had been led to believe by the web design. I followed up two hours later requesting the ticket transaction be canceled. I contacted American Express to dispute the transaction September 6, 2011 based on the website being masqueraded as the official venue website emblazoned with a 100% money back guarantee symbol.

The FTC’s says if an ad uses phrases like .satisfaction guaranteed or “money-back guarantee”, you must be given full refunds for any reason.”

Also, on the day (September 6, 2011) the transaction took place, tickets were only being sold to members through the Cirque du Soleil website. I became a Cirque du Soleil and discovered that the same tickets could be purchased for less than one third of the price I had transacted with Tickets Titans II. Tickets were only made available to the general public and resellers on September 12, 2011.

Ticket Titans II, Inc. has been given an F rating by the BBB.

I am still waiting for my refund.

Elton John is coming to my area and this is one of the biggest acts to hit this area. We planned to buy tickets, but it was expected that they would sell out in seconds from TicketMaster. So I decided to go with an on-line broker.

I was able to select the seats I desired with the price I was comfortable paying. All prices reanges were there, and so was mine. It did not matter to me the face value of the ticket if I could not score a pair of them. I am the typical ticket broker customer: I am willing to pay more than face value to KNOW I WILL BE THERE. People that moan about being 'scalped' should grow up and get better jobs - you go to a broker to get tickets and KNOW you have the greatest chance to make it to the show. I paid 300 for a pair of tickets, and my 'insiders price' for tickets was 150 each and I had NO CHOICE where I sat.

Ticket Titans II was up-front, communicated to me, responsed to calls and emails, and shipped my tickets FedEx with paperwork detailing my purchase and support info. If this was an eBay deal, it would be an A+. I do not see why they have a low BBB rating and lots of flack on the gripe sites, unless those that do the complaining are cheapscapes who should have been one of those shmucks on the phone to Ticketmaster hitting re-dail with 6000 other people who wont get their tickets either.

A broker is not for everyone: if your show is not going to sell out and tickets are easy to get, get them at face value. If you are in a market that shows sell fast and the show is a big one, then a broker like Ticket Titans II is the way to go. Then you pay as much as your cringe-factor allows. If you want to play, you gotta pay! Dont go to a broker and cry about price and service - even brokers can have difficulties in scoring tickets - you go to them for the BEST CHANCE of getting the tickets you want.

...And: I am just some guy who happened across Ticket Titans II through the internet (I dont work for them). I was shocked later to find out how terrible they rated from the gripe-sites. I am telling you that my expereince with them was A+. I got what I was promised.

Actually the problem is with the ticket broker (Ticket Titans2) phone #402-933-5466. The worst possible customer service imaginable. They buy tickets and sell them through Justbuytickets. I had purchased tickets for the Eagles May 17. 2010 show in Portland and due to a band members illness show was canceled for that night and rescheduled for Memorial Day weekend. I would have NEVER bought concert tickets for a holiday weekend due to my travel plans. I spoke to the broker at Ticket Titans (JUNIO) and he called me "irresponsible and not one to hold up to my end of the deal". The deal was this, I bought Eagles tickets for May 17th not May 29th. He would not refund me because he had to pay his bills and did not care about the inconvenience to me. My suggestion is to NOT do business with his business or his affiliates. He is a BAD business man. There are many ticket brokers out there who stand behind there product and like to have happy customers who bring back repeat business!
