I purchased 2 tickets to see UB40 at Chelmsford city racecourse on the 12/8/17. This was in November 2016. I paid for them and received a receipt. The week before the event I received emails stating they were being dispatched please be patient. Then last night 11/8/17 I receive an email to stay they are unable to supply the tickets. they have said they will refund but may take up to 10 days.

Business Is About Trust, Do They Deserve Our Trust
a year ago I purchased tickets for ELO Wembley Saturday, I paid in full plus additional monies were taken for delivery. Last week I started to get concerned as no tickets had arrived. However every day ticket selection advised my tickets were on their way, by special delivery. I have probably sent in excess of 40 emails requesting confirmation of arrival, even phoned, no answer. Now its the eve of concert, leaving for London tomorrow, as train paid for, hotel booked, and still no tickets, or offer of picking them up at stadium. I am not alone in my treatment of Ticket selection. This is not how you get customer recommendation, what this does is highlight is this company you want to do business with? I leave that for you to decide.
No Tickets, No Communication - Avoid At All Costs
I tried to order tickets for The Cure in Manchester as soon as they went on sale (almost a year ago), and I was redirected to TicketSelection's site as being an "official" supplier. I was uneasy about it from the outset, but there appeared to be no other way of obtaining tickets, so I reluctantly ordered two (at a significant mark-up, I might add). TicketSelection debited my credit card straight away, and their confirmation email promised that the tickets would be sent out "between seven and ten days before the event".
The event is now only six days away, but the tickets have not arrived and I am unable to get any information about them. There is a London phone number on TicketSelection's website, but it's answered with just a recorded message, telling people to contact the company by email "for a faster response". But they don't respond to emails either (even though I have proof that they have received and opened them).
The tickets were promised as a special present for my son and his partner. If the tickets don't arrive I can probably get my money back from the credit card company, but this still doesn't compensate for the frustration, embarrassment and disappointment caused by TicketSelection's appalling behaviour.
I will never use this company again, and I highly recommend that others boycott them too.
