Not happy with ticket monster and the customer service I received. They screwed up the day I bought tickets for my concert and refuse to change/refund the day. I understand "all sales are final" by when it's you who screwed it up, I shouldn't have to pay the consequences. I specifically ordered my tickets for a Friday night concert, ticket monster took the liberty of changing that for me and making it for a Saturday - to which I have a conflict. They refuse to resolve anything and basically said "It's your problem." I'm never ordering tickets from here again and I will make sure all of my friends and family know not to as well.
