probably not ticket listers fault, but the person selling through them. I bought 3 tickets in feb 2013 for the ashes game in aug 2013.

I have been to various shows and events before, so did not panic when the week before no tickets had arrived, I did send an email to ensure they were coming 2wks before the game. After several emails I was told they were being delivered on tuesday by 1pm- after taking time off to receive tickets none arrived, several more desperate emails later, still no tickets, day before get a phone call from ticket lister saying the tickets will be sent tomorrow 9am, day of the game- I live in Somerset a 4hr drive away so would miss half the game! or I could take a chance, drive all that way, and meet some guy that may or may not be there at the stadium. it all sounds totally ridiculous to me! they had 6months to send the tickets- why would you wait until the day before.I was even told a story that the seller left the tickets with a friend to post who had let them down! only 1 person has been let down here! I couldnt take the chance. I had to cancel hotel & hire car at cost to myself and pay £76.50 admin to ticket lister. I will not use ticket lister again and suggest you do not unless you are sure of the sellers!

Totally blown away by Robbie Williams yesterday at Hampden Park!

I booked 4 tickets to see Robbie in Glasgow last December through ticketlister.com I received a confirmation of my booking straight away and was told that the tickets will be with you before the show.

After a few months of waiting and reading some dodgy reviews online I began to panic after contacting ticketlister.com I was put at ease by their friendly customer service team. They pulled the cat out the bag and the tickets arrived 7 days before the show.

We really did let Robbie entertain us and my daughters were very impressed with Mr Olly Murs too!

I am sure there are good and bad reviews for every website and I did promise ticketlister if they did provide a satisfactory service I would be quick to add my experience.

Would like to add a special thank you to the advisor who dealt with my order and emails.

My husband ordered 3 tickets for my birthday for myself and 2 friends to see Robbie Williams on 22 June 2013. After everybody i knew had received there tickets 2 weeks ago we chased them up. Were told they would let us now when the seller would be snding them. After 10 days constantly e-mailing and telephoning (which kept going to voicemail) my husband completely went mad at them. He told them in no uncertain terms that if the tickets didn't arrive on time they would be paying for the hotel and compensation. They assured us they would be with us in time. My tickets have arrived today (2 days before the concert)but i really do not understand what the delay was. Extremely stressful time and only now can look forward to the concert. I would never ever use this company again. BE WARNED!!!

Would certainly not use again, paid over double the face value for tickets & still couldn't get them to me in time.

Gary Barlow was amazing! A real national treasure he has been magnificent every time I have seen him live and he did not disappoint last Sunday.

My husband and I bought tickets to see Gary at the Manchester Apollo and it was a great concert with a real intimate feel about it which made it even more enjoyable for us. We purchased our tickets through ticketlister.com which was pretty easy to use as they had the tickets we wanted. We received the tickets a few days before the concert and the staff were very helpful and always replied to emails. It was a great show and a great night out!
