Tickets ordered and paid for by credit card have not been delivered, money gone, contact to company impossible as website has disappeared. Does anyone know what to do?
Is there maybe a class action ore something like that? I live in Germany.

This Company Are Not Authorised Ticket Agents For Any Events
As my title suggests this company are not authorised for any events. As the company will take your money for nothing I did a little research. The director has a string of unhappy customers from building firms to this. Only a matter of time before BBC watchdog or rouge traders catch up.
Tickets ordered and paid for have not been delivered, money gone, contact to company impossible as website has disappeared. Does anyone know what to do?
Is there maybe a class action ore something like that? I live in Germany.

Bought Beiber tickets in December 2015 all paid for. When I chased a week before they said no tickets! They do no give a refund and ignore emails. Avoid you will not get tickets how is this business trading!!! Avoid

Avoid you have been warned. This company will sell you tickets take your money well in advance then a few days before (when you chase) will email to say they are refunding. The refund they will advise to chase your bank!! You won't be able to talk to a company representative and they will then ignore. They are not authorised ticket agents. You have been warned!!
I too have been ripped of £590 I was promised a refund and even sent me a refund reciept! This was once I mentioned trading standards and consumer direct!
I'm trying to claim chargeback from my bank as if tomorrow which is the deadline for when I should've received my refund!
I will be contacting fraud intelligence too!
Hi what have you done about getting your money back ? As I paid 470 and am in the same boat , but my IT guys at work have found out the owner and when the site was set up via the IP address and are following the traffic to that site , we are currently handing over all info the the U.K. National fraud.

I would not even rate them 1! Very very disappointing and unprofessional! I got Justin Bieber tickets for Christmas 2015, paid for them (£250!) only for them to tell me (10 months down the line!) that the tickets WE PURCHASED wasn't available anymore!! Booked a whole weekend away in Manchester, for them to disappoint me and let me down! Absolutely disgraceful! I will be taking things further as it's shocking what they have done! It's not only to me but other people who have purchased tickets from this unreliable page! Would not reccomend these to anyone!

It is very illegal what they're doing, a lot of reviews have said the exact same as me, they need to realise they can not keep robbing off people! Luckily they were still tickets on ticketmaster so I can still go.

We tried calling them and it went to an automated service so we knew something funny was going on. We then emailed them until they replied, which then told us they wasn't available. Absolutely disgraceful, I'd ask for a refund and see if there's any tickets with another company! We wasn't sure if we'd be able to go as we go see Justin Bieber on the 21st October, luckily there were tickets on another website! I wouldn't trust this company, I've seen plenty of reviews with people having the same problems as me.
I've brought tickets aswell last December and haven't heard anything from them the concert is on Friday. How did they contact you as they are not responding to my emails and the phone line doesn't work anymore for them?

Bought tickets for Billy Joel back in December & paid £100 per tickets. Days before the concert they arrived in the post with a face value of £35. We all have to make a living- understood- but that's a ripoff! Will never use them again & generally be more careful when l book tickets in the future.
