Ticket Protection Is A Joke

I bought tickets in august to see Andre Rieu, for myself, sister and elderly mum. I got ticket protection as it was still about 8 months prior to the show.

Fast forward to feb/ March.

My mum is 86, an health wise has deteriorated, mobility is now quite poor.

I rang ticket factory to explain and to ask if I could have a refund as we would not be going know. The young man who answered was lovely and reassuring. He said that I had to go through booking.com for a refund, but due to show being almost sold out that there should be no problems.

I eventually got through to booking .com. The young lady was completely disinterested, bordering rude.

I explained the situation, she asked what was wrong with my mum. I told her there was nothing specific other than general deterioration that comes with being old. She stated that I had to download a medical form as there needed to be a paper trail, ( I completely understand about form ).

I said that’s fine but it’s a case of general old age, not a proper diagnosis. She made it obvious she wasn’t interested and couldn’t wait to get off phone.

I have been trying to speak to someone else, but the countless phone calls have been to an answerphone telling what number in the queue I am, then after 15-20 mins terminates the call, saying there is no operatives to answer call.

I begrudgingly put tickets for sale on Twickets, nothing yet. But if they don’t sell by Saturday I will loose all of £303.00 .

The stress this has caused has made me ill. I thought ticket protection was a good idea, in case of anything going wrong. Just be aware if you purchase this with your tickets, it doesn’t automatically cover you.

Worst Possible Seat.

I bought tickets for Crufts Best in Show last year 2017 for 2018.I travelled fr on NZ and Paid top dollar for good seats. Today when I got the tickets they could not be any worse. Seems Ticket Factory treat all overseas visitors like this. Disgraceful and dishonest.

Be warned overseas people using this site.

Would Score Zero If I Could

Ordered and paid for tickets to the Photography show. Still had no confirmation and don't know when or if they will be sent to me. Should be sent automatically by email.

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.

Probably have to pay again, a premium, on the door.

Terrible Service

Bought tickets from ticket factory (money taken out of credit card immediately) received no confirmation email. Was to receive tickets via email they have never arrived. I am travelling from Australia. I have read the reviews and now feel sick to the stomach. I have emailed twice no response not even a confirmation that your email has been sent (auto response). I now assume that I will have to buy the tickets again when I get there. It has already cost me 223.00. Plus tickets for Best in Show will now be sold out. Absolutely devastated. Do not use this service

Not Even Worth One Star!

What a BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!

I recently purchased two GOLD VIP Tickets for the Arenacross Tour at the Manchester Arena. I had received the confirmation email from the Ticket Factory including an Order Tracking Reference. On the 18th December 2016 I checked where my tickets were and they had already been dispatched. The estimated delivery date was on the 20th December 2016, however the tickets never arrived and i had to make several phone calls to the Ticket Factory Customer Team to find out what happened to my tickets, unfortunately four times different phone call with four different people and none of them was able to help me resolve my issue...even in their terms & conditions it says if a customer has not received the tickets 5 working days before the event date to call. So really what is the point to call and spend time and money for phone calls if the Ticket Factory Customer Team are not able to help!!!! The best part was when one of the Ticket Factory Customer Team told me that she is the only advisor working therefore she cannot help me and she can only advise that I will have to call the Arena to find out where the tickets are. Excuse me?? DEAR PEOPLE BE AWARE IF YOU PURCHASE THE TICKETS FROM THE TICKET FACTORY (e.g. CONCERT FOR BEYONCE...MAKE SURE PLEASE YOU GOT HER TELEPHONE NUMBER SO YOU CAN CHASE HER FOR THE TICKETS AS THE TICKET FACTORY IS UNABLE TO HELP YOU!!!!

The time, stress and effort I have spent in trying to find out where these tickets are and the amount of money I have spent waiting on their ridiculously long phone line is completely unacceptable and outrageous!!

ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL!!!

And the Ticket Factory reaction for my complaint...they are very sorry...NO I AM VERY SORRY that i have purchased the tickets through the Ticket Factory!

Would Score Higher If Tickets Arrived Earlier

Ordered tickets for The Cure gig 27/11/16 in November 2015 which eventually turned up today 10 days before the show. The website states a minimum of 2 weeks which they sadly failed on. My issue was that there was no correspondence as to when tickets were arriving (ticketmaster always seem to send them 2 months in advance) which got me worrying a little. A review search only made my panic worse as they all seem to be very negative.

However I can confirm they have turned up with time to spare.....not sure what I'd have done if there was an error mind you so didn't appreciate the unnecessary panic.

Hopeless

I wanted to buy a ticket for Motorcycle Live at the NEC this November. Whenever I tried to use the website it wouldn't respond. This happened several times over several days. I then tried to phone but was greeted with the message "due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot take your call". Looks like I'll have to pay full price at the door then.

Tickets Arrived Early!

Very happy with my order from TicketFactoty! I ordered some tickets for WWE Raw, and for whatever reason, I read the reviews AFTER I made my purchase, and I worried they wouldn't arrive at all. Not only did they arrive, but they arrived a week early! I will definitely be ordering from here again - more than happy!

There is only one company selling tickets online for AEGON international Tennis Eastbbourne - Ticket Factory

Poor slow online service.

Worse delivery online

Telephone ok if you can get through- I couldn't

Still waiting and only 3 days left to print off the tickets

Never again . I hope ticket factory lose the franchise before next year

I am considering buying Olly Murs Ticket through this site, however I have noticed that all the other agency's have 6.30 pm as the start time for this event, but ticket factory tickets say 8 pm. Why would this be?
