Terrible!!! The tickets through this vendor were purchased over a month in advance and we never received them. We were worried a week prior the event because we did not receive the tickets, so we contacted them both via email and by phone. They kept saying that the tickets were en route, even gave us a ups tracking no#. But the tickets never arrived. We asked for a refund, they said it was refunded to our account. One week later, still no refund, and no one anwering our requests for answers. I should ve check the BBB... was I surprised to see what I saw. I ve always wanted to see an Earth, Wind and Fire concert, these people greatly broke my spirit.

We purchased 4 tickets to So You Think You Can Dance and TheTicketBrokers.com upgraded us from 3 row on the floor to Front Row Center. We could not be happier. Thank you again TheTicketBrokers.com
