My experience with StubDepot was terrific! It was very straight forward with no hidden fees unlike other sites. Got the Iron Bowl tickets right on time and the seats were exactly as advertised. The person I dealt with was great to work with and I plan on using them again soon.

I have never worked with a company that is so on top of their customer service. I was surprised at the amount of options I had and how many different amazing deals they were willing to work out with me. I not only got the tickets I wanted, but they were VIP and came with plenty of benefits that made my experience just that much better. I tell all of my friends about Stubdepot, and I use their company whenever I want tickets to an event. I think one of the best things about Stubdepot is being able to get what I want, and not having to pay any extra fees or service charges. At all. The reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 is because sometimes the tickets arrive a bit later than expected, but still always on time.

I purchased VIP tickets through stubdepot for the George Thorogood Concert at House of Blues in Dallas, Texas. This was a surprise for my husband as an 30 year anniversery present. Recieved my tickets in a very timely manner, but not having gone to this venue before did not know exactly what VIP I was getting as ticket did not say VIP on it.

I contacted Stubdepot through email and had a reply right away, through email and a personal call. They explained everything to me and were so patient! I even was given the VP's cell # incase I had problems that night.

The event was great, we had no problems and the seats and VIP area at House of Blues Dallas were well worth it!

I will purchase again and would highly recommend stubdepot as a ticket broker as they went above and beyond in customer service and quality....their on the ball 24/7!

Needed tickets for Paul McCartney in Boston, Called today and got great seats down low and all 4 were together for a great price, love the fact that they have no fees or service charges.

I wanted to see Bon Jovi front row. I couldn't get the tickets direct from bon jovi fan club it sold out. So i knew I would have to pay more than face. I searched everywhere stubhub, ticketsnow ticket liqudater, coast to coast , I call several other website that linked me on craigslist, that's how I found JP at stubdepot. It's funny he is a big bon jovi fan and from Jersey. He helped me he explained that the tickets were bought by a broker through fan club and I would have to meet them at the venue I was very skeptical at first, but I had talk to few other people who said the same thing and they were priced higher for the same tickets. When I called JP back I said how do you have the same tickets as these other websites, He explained the network to me. anyway I bought in with him which was a receipt emailed until the show. Then day before the show I recd a call as I was told and was given instructions to meet Phil at the venue 1 hour before the show he would have my tickets. As planned We meet I got my tickets and had a blast....Now I paid a lot for the tickets but they were 200 a ticket more on most other sites and people I talked to these were 2000 plus tickets. so i figured I saved 10% from other sites but paid about 500 over face. But I got 2 hi fives from bought Jon and Richie and it was a night I will remember forever I even got to take home the seat I was sitting in I had forgot that was part of the fan club package. No my husband he will remember the bill from JP for ever but will call him first

Stub Depot online ticket company helped me secure tickets to Bruce Springsteen even though I was out of the country. Prices were fair and they didnt stick any fees or per ticket service charges on the end of your order which was refreshing. The prices at first appeared to be high but in the end I saved $$. Will use again for World Cup Soccer.. !! Thanks
