I can not recommend Sebastian Mead highly enough. This organisation is totally professional, service excellent and the person who dealt with our booking was a great ambassador for Sebastian Mead.

The seats we had were superb especially as we were booked to see La Boehme. I have no hesitation in using this company again.

We were reassured by the knowledge that Sebastian Mead were there if there was a slip, like mislaying tickets. Found the staff very helpful and informative when booking the tickets for La Boheme at the RAH. Tickets arrived very next day. Seats were brilliant, 4 rows from the front. Took my niece for the very first time and she was mesmerized.

I left a message late one evening for the sebastian mead to contact me ref some tickets, the rep promptly called me first thing in the morning, he was very helpful and gave me great seats at a great price. his customer service skills were excellent and I was very happy with the delivery of the tickets which I got the next day. overall an excellent experience from start to finish. It was great to receive such good prompt service. The advisor was friendly and helpful. We wanted tickets to Cirque de Soleil and took advice on the seats. Could not fault the position in the stalls and all at a discounted price. Definitely would use them again for tickets.

I've purchased tickets for the classical spectacular show at Albert hall and I must say that these guys gave me the best customer services I've ever experience from a ticketing agency. First they called me shortly after I've made the booking to offer better seats at no extra charge. Second, they were extremely helpful to arrange new tickets at the day of the show after I've lost mine! They made the phone call and arranged for replacement tickets to wait for me at Albert hall. Also, their prices were 20-30% cheaper than any other agency.

I'm definitely going to book through them again in future.
