I also really respect how they don't use service charges to boost up the cost of their tickets. The price you pay is the same as the price of the ticket when you find it. The SeatCrunch customer service is very knowledgeable, plus they are easy to get in contact with. On the site you will find a live chat box where you can instantly start a conversation with one of their representatives. In my experience they are very responsive and helpful. I have yet to give them a phone call, but I'm sure that is a pleasant experience as well. Overall, this site is right up there with all the big players in the online ticket sales world. They have a lot to offer and give it all with fair respectful pricing and high quality customer service. You won't find me visiting other sites for my event ticket purchases any time soon.
