what more can I say than fantastic customer service.

I purchased 1 ticket for outlook festival, but as it was within 2 weeks of the festival, A had a call with 2 hours of the purchase from someone at customer services, apologizing as they may have to cancel the sale as there may not be enough time to get the tickets changed into my name, and this has to be done if not i will not be able to get, they advised that the ticket name has to match my passport, if not they will refuse me entrance, and they didn't want me arranging travel to Croatia if i wasn't able to get into the festival, they was gonna try and contact the UK promoter and see if there was anything that can be done.

I had a call back a few hours later, saying that they had spoken with Leeds tickets and that it was to late to get the tickets changed, but there was E-Tickets still available, which i would be able to purchase at face value direct with Leeds Tickets. A full refund was issued straight away, I must be honest that I was concerned about using a secondary ticket site, but I must say they have changed my mind, and will not think twice about using them again. not only did they tell me how to get tickets cheaper than what I had already paid, which they didn't have to.

Its the helpful things that the agent I spoke with didn't need to do that has given me confidence in using them again.

Purchased Madonna Tickets from Save Me A ticket and have to admit service was excellent, found their customer service to be outstanding, received tickets few days ago, if need tickets again will not hesitate to use again

Noticed that this ticket agency have been around for quite a while so purchased some Twelfth Night Tickets have to admit customer service was excellent and received my tickets within few days of purchase, most defiantly will use again...
