Wont Bother Again
The rudest people I have ever come across. I'm left completely speechless with their aloofness and arrogance. They have posted inaccurate and damaging information about me on the site. How long can it possible be allowed to keep on trading? Awful.
Don't worry too much about them - it's just a tinpot little site. The trick is not to rise to their bait as the more you protest on their forum, the higher their listing on Google rises. Just ignore them. They're only around to make money through their affiliate sites, and as you obviously don't pay them any commission they are going to blacken your name.
You could ofcourse take legal action against them - but is it worth it?

Never buy tickets from them. They earn Money on this. Why dont they tell they get Commission out of it.
...not to mention their free entry into festivals posing as "journalists".
(See their warning on one of the forums to festival organizers not to accept requests from other people requesting free tickets under their banner).

The website in getting tickets, is very good. Immediate reaction, when emailed them.
Any problems they are always willing to assist, tickets were dlvd very promptly.
When booked tickets everything was straight forward. All good.
Just waiting now for tickets for Michael buble. 30th June.

Amazing Website
This website is excellent, as someone working in the live music industry this site is incredibly important to us. It tells the truth about what sites can be trusted. It continues to raise awareness about the evils of secondary ticketing sites whilst also providing great content about upcoming events. The other reviewer seems to have an obvious personal vendetta against the website so I would advise that you ignore it and actually use this great site!
As someone else working in the music industry I couldn't disagree more with this review. Their poisonous rhetoric towards ticket sellers is neither helpful nor true. They are an affiliate site posing as a help guide.
As someone else working in the music industry I can confirm that this site is NOT unbiased. It does not differentiate between honest secondary tickets brokers and ticket.

Lunatics - Avoid At All Costs
This is an affiliate site designed to persuade you to buy tickets from primary sites through their links, therefore earning them commission. They pretend to be the "good guys" of ticket selling, but one look at their forums will tell you all you need to know. Run by a madwoman who is a martyr to her hormones and aided and abetted by a well-known thug who is employed as a bouncer but prefers to be known as a "ticket fraud expert" their rantings have to be seen to be believed.
