I purchased 2 US Open Tennis Tickets in August 2015 and the seats were great and the tickets were delivered without any hassles. I have also ordered concert tickets and they were also great.I found this site to be very reliable & secure and I am happy to pay the service charge for prime tickets for the special events I want to attend.

Did not order tickets after getting a great price. Why? $70 ticket turned into $100 ticket after $24.60 service fee (really??) and $5 other fee.

First time customer. Ordered tickets for a Gillette Stadium concert. Every ticket as ordered, arrived timely via Fed EX. I researched the concert seating on Gillete's website first, then browsed through a few other resale sites to see what they had available and found great seats in my budget with PriceSaverTickets. If you don't do your research on ticket prices,different seat costs, etc. you may not get a good deal, know what you are looking for before your purchase. You are making the choice to purchase specific tickets for specific seats and resale prices can vary widely. Don't blame the resell site, they aren't setting the price, the selling party is. It's up to you to do due diligence.

Again, they are a RESALE outlet, so if you have a bad experience with tickets, let them know! They cannot weed out these undesirable people who resell on their site if you don't give feedback.

I called in for my tickets once I found the seats I wanted on their site. I was more comfortable with that since I've never used them before. Customer service was great and fully informed me of any and all associated fees so I could make an informed decision to purchase.

Being a resale outlet, they naturally do charge their own service fee which was for me, $17.42 per ticket. Fed Ex cost $15.- to my location.

I still saved $30- per ticket for the seats I wanted, which were up front, section B. We had a great time and overall, a great experience.

It may not be worth it for general low cost seats that don't give a great view, but if you really want to go to something, and no other option is available, it's a resource you have.

So, unless I find an even better place for tickets, I'll be a return customer.

I ordered 2 tickets for a WWE show in Chattanooga, TN. I paid $43 for each ticket and by the time service fee and mailing was added, it totaled $118.20 for both tickets. When I received the tickets, they were from Ticket Network, they were a printer copy (not very legible, at that), they were showing $15 each and had Vladimir something on the tickets. I just hope they haven't sold them to more than one person. I called the UTC arena in Chattanooga and they said the tickets are worth $15 and they could sell them for that. I am going to be registering a complaint with consumer affairs and NATB, if they are actually even a member.

I ordered tickets for Jersey Boys in the Forrest theater Philadelphia. The stated price was $119. I ordered 8 tickets and unfortunately did not do the math. The final price with the service fee and delivery come up to $146. I did not see it until I paid. I tried to cancel my order within 10 minutes after I got confirmation - it did not work(of cause, who will give money back if the tickets not refundable?- read tiny print!!!) Eventually I got tickets and printed price was $102, not $119 - they did not mention brokers fee on top of the service fee. I will never use this service again and writing this review to prevent others from using it.
