I booked my tickets 2 hours before an ice hockey match at Bell Centre. The e-ticket does not come through in time and the customer service agents' attitude is really ridiculous.

I have to call through 3 times and have to wait till 7.30pm (which the match supposed to begin) to know whether my ticket can be cancelled. The agent even mentioned that even if they released it at 7.29pm, it is still considered a sale. I could be miles away from the centre and cannot reach on time. I guessed this is just bad business etiquette.

I probably should not have bought so last minute, but if this office is not able to turn around the tickets that quickly, they should not have released the tickets for sale.

I was charged $360 for $130 tickets. This is a sham, pure and simple.

There are a number of very good, respectable, alternatives and quite frankly much better sites. We booked tickets via boxoffice but unfortunately my partner had an important medical appointment rescheduled for the matinee day we had originally chosen.

After contacting the Theatre, they informed me it would not be a problem to change the days, the cost they charged was £3. It was over 3 weeks before the performance so time was not an issue either as they had seats for the alternative day we required. However because we had booked the tickets through boxoffice we were advised we had to affect the change of days through their website.

When I phoned boxoffice they said yes there were seats available and there would be an additional charge of £41 to facilitate the change.

When I questioned this incredibly high, extortionate additional price, compared to the Theatres quoted price of £3, the individual I was talking to adopted an extremely arrogant, unhelpful attitude, Telling me that was the price, take it or leave it?

This was customer service at its worst. I certainly will not ever be using these “bandits” again and I strongly advise you all to consider this review before booking anything through boxoffice.co.uk"

I ordered tickets as a gift to a play at the Hobby Center in Houston. I purchased 2 tickets for Center Orchestra Rows A-V. Considering that I paid a total of $956.26 for the two seats, I thought sure I would get very good seats. I got Row T one seat off the asile. As if that's not bad enough, the ticket it says $100, $15.70 CORCH Row T. I called about the tickets and was told "We guarantee that you will have a seat in CORCH Rows A-V and that is what you got." Never again, and I will tell everyone I know not to buy from them.

I was sold tickets thru Box Office - by a third party All Access Tickets, which they did not have. I paid premium for upfront tickets and then received tickets in the fourth row from the rear of the venue.

I have used officalboxoffice.com for the first time to buy t in he park tickets this week. After much investigating to avoid the scam sites and rip off touts I came across this site. Althought the selection of tickets available was small I found exactly what I was looking for and at a very reasonable price- some £100 less than the average on gumtree, which was really refreashing!!

The oreDer process was very straight forward and very secure. What I liked most was the peace of mind that no money was taken untill after the event when you have used the tickets and all went well! This enables the buyer some come back should there be a problem with the tickets!! Great site will def use again .. Sean Edinburgh

The company officialboxoffice is a secondary market website run by Seetickets.

I have bought twice from them now, once for AC/DC and again for Leeds festival.

On both occasions the tickets arrived by secure post in a good time.

The amount of tickets that the site carries is poor however I received what I paid for on 2 times.

I will use this site again.
