I read many forums, went through many websites which sells Broadway tickets and... I got lost!

I didn't know if I could trust one of them until a friend of mine spoke about newyork60.com, she bought her tickets with them 2 years ago and everything went well.

So I decide to follow her advices of course and bought my tickets for Chicago with this site, I already saw the show in London but I wanted to see it on Broadway as well and it was just fantastic!

I was nervous about my seats because I couldn't choose them but as I was buying my tickets 2 months ahead, I thought that if they were not good, I would simply ask for a refund. But actually they were excellent: center orchestra, 4th row in front of the stage!

So to finish my story, after I paid my tickets, I received an email straight away confirming my purchase, the next day I received my seats location indicated on the theatre's map, I just had to print the confirmation and pick-up my tickets with it at the theatre box office just before the show started.

Easy, fast and definitely trustworthy.

I bought tickets for Les Miserables years ago with newyork60. I had a discount and my seats were right in the centre in the fifth row!! So I bought again in the same place. This time it has been The Lion King. Once again great seats, not that close to the stage, but in the center and much cheaper than ticketmaster. I'm so happy with my choice!

My family and I flew in from California to visit family, and I wanted to take my kids to see The Lion King, and my husband for a date-night to the Phantom of the Opera.

To make a long story short, we had to change our plans for our trip twice - 2 TIMES! - and both times the customer service team at NewYork60 was extremely helpful, understanding and accomodating.

We were quite happy with the seats and all my friends in NYC told me to avoid TKTS if you really want great seats - b/c at TKTS you get what is leftover...

For us, considering reasonable pricing, flexible cancellation policy and the friendlieness of NewYork60, it is really the best choice and I wouldn't hesitate to book with them again. They really go out of their way to help you, and that is rare to find these days.

I got 4 ticket for Once and at least two out of 4 were partial view (obstructed): they were polite, they tried to talk to the theatre but the final result was I saw for the whole performance the back of an old actor!!! I would never suggest this service: buy ticket directly or through TKTS service, believe me!

The site is decent, and cheap - but I wish I could pick my seats. With broadway.com you can, although yes, you pay like 40% more. Anyway

I bought twice with newyork60, the first time Spiderman, the second time Evita. Got excellent seats for Spiderman, for Evita they were ok... so I exchanged them for another day. ;)

I bought tickets to mamma mia for my family (2 adults, 2 teenagers). The prices were great, the seats were very good (we bought only a week before so my expectations were realistic), easy to pick up. very friendly & knowledgeable customer service.

the only downside is not knowing your seats prior to purchase. they accept cancellations, but not one week before the show. so we were kind of "in the dark". in the end though the seats were very good, and it was definitely worth the savings.

I like this site for Broadway tickets because the prices are much cheaper than on ticketmaster - like 20%? probably depends on the show. The tradeoff is the theater assigns your seats - "best available". Not sure how they work that out but you can cancel if you don't like what you get so whatever. I booked online, got my seats, showed my confirmation email to the box office and that was it. Good stuff.
