They have absolutely 0 direct contracts with the promoters and unlikely to have the tickets stated. They are a broker so most likely will take your cash, and then attempt to buy the tickets at a lower price to fulfil the sale. If a ticket is unable to be found you will most likely lose your money, best case being you get the money back. Either way, a ticket is never guaranteed through a tout site and is likely to arrive very late, as in Black Eyed Peas customer above.
