Ordered tickets and did not receive them. Emailed to ask for an update and to ask where our tickets were, but still to date have not heard anything from them.

Last October I booked and paid for two tickets to see Cliff Richard on Wednesday 12 Nov 20008 - ( £353.45). Order confirmation of last year said that the tickets will be sent 3-5 working days prior to the event - as I had not received my tickets, I emailed this company, but had no reply.

On further investigation I find this firm is in liquidation.

I took this firm at face value and it is a shame that so many people have been affected by the London Ticket Shop rip off.

We booked tickets last november for Lee Evans this november 8th, and after much research on the internet we discovered the company had gone into liquidation, however it seems the only money they have taken from us is the £5.46 booking fee, they have not taken the money for the tickets themselves... £150! So I'im wondering if we have got off lightly? We paid via credit card so maybe if some of you are in the same situation, check that the money has actually come out, and that you have not just only paid the booking fee. Hope this helps!

I too booked Lee Evans tickets for the 8th nov 08. I haven't recieved any tickets so thought i'd check. After looking for the site I found that they went into liquidation. I paid by debit card with Lloyds TSB and got a number to try and claim my £320! 0845 300 6699 for debit card transactions. I feel sick about this!

I too bought two Lee Evans tickets last October for 1 November 2008 - and they took the money from my credit card, but no tickets. I have managed to buy replacements direct from Ticketmaster, but all in all, I have spent over £220 for £60 worth of tickets! I don't understand why nothing can be done.

I feel sick reading these reviews as this has happened to me. Ordered Lee Evans tickets for 1st Nov back in 2007 and now they have gone into liquidation. Paid on debit card too :o( I am so upset as waiting a whole year to go to this concert! Has anyone who ordered Lee Evans tickets received them at all?

I booked for Lee Evans this Friday 31st October and based on the fact that they say you will receive tickets 3-5 days before, I didn't give it a second thought until now. I have just Googled them because I was getting worried and have found that they went bankrupt in March 2008... yet this is the first I have heard of it. I paid on debit card so there is every chance I won't get a penny back. I am so so gutted!

I am in the same boat, Bought some tickets for my BF for xmas last year for the Wembly Arena show. Just thought I'd have a quick scan to see if anything had happened with my tickets and this is what I found.

I'm gutted!!
