I would rather trow away my money then buying tickets from this company again. I bought tickets 2 months before the event and they didn't manage to deliver them before the date of the event. They contacted me by mail and found different excuses not to send me the tickets. For Example they said that they tried to reach me several times and that i never answered. Although i did answer every e-mail they sent confirming the shipment address several times. Clearly this Online Ticket Agency is all about fraud... I highly recommend not to get into business with onlineticketexpress.

Kauft nicht bei onlineticketexpress - es handelt sich bei dieser "Firma" um Verbrecher der übelsten Sorte! Keine Antwort auf Mails, anrufen fast unmöglich. Kein Erhalt der Tickets - kein Geld zurück! Passt auf. Kauft Tickets am bestern nur über die offizielle Homepage des jeweiligen Vereins.

Don´t buy tickets from onlineticketexpress - this "company" is a criminal organization! No answers to mails, phone conversations almost impossible1

No receiving of tickets, no money refunding. Take care! The best way to get tickets, is to buy them via the offical homepage of the respective club hompage.

Ordered a ticket Stoke section April 21st £359, handling fee £30 Subtotal £389 Total 492.09 euros, and paid by Barclaycard. Received card bill in May, OnlineTicketExpress have charged me £450.13. I started to email them on Tuesday 10th May asking if my ticket had been posted, NO REPLY, again on Wednesday still no reply. Telephoned on Thursday using there number for Ireland, spoke to a woman with a Spanish accent, very unhelpful, I tried to give her my Order Number but she didn't want it and cut me off. I ask my daughter to phone again, and she spoke to a Spanish speaking person who did take the Order Number, and she said that tickets normally arrived the day before the event. Friday 13th at 11.30am telephone call from OnlineTicketExpress saying they were unable to get a ticket for me, and they were reinbursing the money, but as yet Monday 16th the money has not gone into my account. Imformed Barclaycard about the situation, and they are now looking into the matter for me. If you REALLY want to see something special, DON'T BOOK a ticket with these, not only could you lose money, you may never see dream show.

I cannot believe this company is still allowed to trade. I never received tickets for Arsenal v's Sunderland game after numberous attempts to contact them. They even have the nerve to keep sending me promotional emails. I have informed trading standards who are investigating.

They have a nerve to continue sending me marketing materials of events they are promoting even after ripping off so many people. I can't understand how they are allowed to still operate without criminal charges being laid against them. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN. DON'T GET CAUGHT BY THERE TRICKERY AS YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so, jetzt werde ich hier mal auf deutsch posten... lasst bloss die finger von dieser abzocke! wir haben berteuerte tickets gekauft, die nach b sen telefonaten immerhin 2h vor spielbeginn (!) geliefert wurden.

allerdings f r eine schlechtere kategorie, ausserdem sassen wir nicht zusammen, was wir ausdr cklich geordert hatten!

ich hoffe, dass nicht noch mehr leute auf diese firma reinfallen!

I am disgusted at the customer service provided by this company, when querying about my order I was cut off twice. I was also lied to throughout the service providing me with false information about the whereabouts of my tickets. I will never use this company again after losing around £4,000, I hope others realise before confiding in this company.

ich bin Gerhard aus Augsburg und ich hatte Karten f r Chelsea gegen Aston Villa am 02.01.2011 bestellt. Meine Mails wurden nicht beantwortet, meine Karten habe ich bis heute ( 16.02.2011 ) nicht erhalten. Ich gehe auch nicht davon aus, dass ich mein bezahltes Geld ( 291 Euro ) jemals wiedersehe. Deshalb mein Rat an alle: H nde weg von diesem Anbieter!!! Verteilen Sie Ihr Geld lieber, dann ist es besser verwendet!!

This is a fraud ! DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS "COMPANY" ! I bought tickets for Tottenham - Man U 16/1-11 and yesterday they called me an said they could not deliver because their supplyer wa empty !!!!!!! We have order hotel and planetickets for this weekend and now everything goes to hell because of this scumfirm ! They charged me for 150 £ more then total cost on my creditcard ! Do not do the same as me keep away from this people !
